Our Team
Kelly serves as the Executive Director of Mosaic Community Development Center.
She has a B.A. in Health and Physical Education and a M. Ed. in Educational Administration, both from Cedarville University (OH). In 2022, Kelly became the first Executive Director of MCDC in hopes to provide the support system needed to meet needs and transform lives in our community. She was a part of the Mosaic Community Church plant that formed MCDC. In 2025, Kelly received the YWCA Westmoreland County Racial Justice Award. Kelly is married to Kevin. They have two children, Kali and Levi.
Joanie is the Director of the Out-of-School Time Programs. She lives in Jeannette with her husband and two children and has always had a deep passion for working with children. With over ten years of experience, including time as a second-grade teacher, Joanie is dedicated to helping each child grow in all areas of development—academically, socially, and linguistically. She embraces the daily challenge of guiding children through this journey and is committed to fostering a positive and fun learning environment that supports their growth and potential.
