Our Team
Kelly serves as the Executive Director of Mosaic Community Development Center.
She has a B.A. in Health and Physical Education and a M. Ed. in Educational Administration, both from Cedarville University (OH). In 2022, Kelly became the first Executive Director of MCDC in hopes to provide the support system needed to meet needs and transform lives in our community. Kelly is married to Kevin. They have two children, Kali and Levi.
Kathryn is a creative leader with a heart for people and a passion for helping organizations grow and thrive so they can change lives. Over the years she has led teams, developed fundraising strategies, launched high-impact marketing campaigns, and planned meaningful events that connect people to a greater purpose. From serving as Creative Director at a nonprofit organization in Columbus, Ohio, to Chief Creative Officer at The Olive Branch Events Company. Her greatest joy first and foremost is her love for Jesus and her family ~ her husband, Matthew, son, Lucas, daughter Sierra and her husband with a baby on the way! “Every child and family deserves the chance to dream big, to grow strong, and to know they’re supported. That’s why I feel so at home at MCDC.”
Joanie is the Director of the Out-of-School Time Programs. She lives in Jeannette with her husband and two children and has always had a deep passion for working with children. With over ten years of experience, including time as a second-grade teacher, Joanie is dedicated to helping each child grow in all areas of development—academically, socially, and linguistically. She embraces the daily challenge of guiding children through this journey and is committed to fostering a positive and fun learning environment that supports their growth and potential.
